[So, you're in your own world, going about your day. Things are normal, or as normal as they ever get.
Except suddenly, a hole in the air opens up, wherever you may be, and what looks to be a giant flying sea serpent monster comes... well, flying out. It's roaring and looking like it's about to start smashing everything, except a catgirl in armor leaps out the hole after it, before finally planting a sword in the monster's head, sending both of them crashing to the ground, with probably only minor collatoral damage. Probably.
The woman stands up after confirming the monster's death, pulls her sword out, and looks around.]
... Where is this now?

No, they just need to put some distance behind them, first. She'll mull on the details in a bit here, but first, down another alleyway. It's certainly a section of town that you could easily get lost in if you weren't already familiar with it. ]
... Yeah, me too. [ It's volumes softer than her panicked state from before, but no less puzzled. As they continue, Maka glances over her shoulder again. ] How did you get here? I thought we weren't from the same world.

That was a monster of the ocean from my home. It was attacking a residential area... I could not stop it in time, so I prayed to the patron god of chaos and magic for help.
... It seems this was his response.

Maka slows to a stop when they finally reach a dead end between two buildings reaching only a couple of stories high. ]
So they sent you here? [ ... Hnnn. ] S- sorry about that, by the way... If you got caught out there by someone else, it might've ended a little messy.

We don't normally get monsters out here, let alone anyone suddenly dropping in from another dimension with them... [ Maka fidgets on her feet, cupping a hand underneath her chin. ] ... But its corpse is definitely going to attract attention. I should report the incident in before everyone starts getting the wrong idea about it.
